    Having a smaller TR than survivors expect can REALLY throw them off.

    (Also Overwhelming Presence is garbage-tier)

    Monitor & Abuse is nice on Killers who already have a smaller Terror Radius, and can get some hits in that would be a bit harder otherwise, but it's a bit of a niche perk.

    Overcharge is underrated. It's not as good as it was during the gen-kick meta, but I'd say it's useful in more cases than Monitor.

    Overwhelming Presence is the worst perk in a group of bad perks.
