I've gotten 60's and 70's. I have also gotten 1100 right as the match started fml.
Lowest ping I ever had was 39ms from lobby join to match start. Didn't sway for me.
Not sure about the others, i'm solo.
Lowest ping I've gotten was 32 once, it was so nice, the game felt so smooth. If only it could happen more often

My lowest would be 55ms, but currently it feels like a luxury because the new matchmaking is very weird with the ping I get in matches.

One time I ended up in my roommate's lobby. I think that is the lowest I could ever get. It was 17.
It was in the mid 20s, but I'm not sure how much. They were from my country.
45ms was probably the lowest one I ever got.
Once I got to 35. But usually its 60.
Once had 44! But it's usually between 65-85. Mostly 85.
