Unrelenting buff idea
Old: increased the Attack cool-down reduction of missed attacks to 20/25/30 %.
New: increased the Attack cool-down reduction of missed attacks to 30/40/50 %.
New: hitting object now considered as missing attack

It 100% needs to count hitting obstacles as missing an attack, so that it can apply the cooldown reduction. It's so stupid it doesn't do that now.

You could change it to ~66% and even a killer swinging 24/7 will only move at a cumulative 4.0m/s (myers at 4.2m/s)

Make the perk affect killer power missed cooldowns is only way i see the perk being useful. the thing is ever since old tinkerer, bvhr doesn't like killer perk affects powers directly.
Maybe make it so that your missed cooldown movement speed is 20/25/30% higher.

Ehh I think it would be good to keep the net speed for a permanent buff under 4.0. If it reaches 4.0 or above, then you could perma lunge on CD and only lose distance rounding corners.
Alternatively I think a 75-90% reduction with a 15-30s CD would be interesting. You could whiff one big one, and recover ultra quickly into an actual hit. You could also greed swing into pallets, and would have enough distance to get the hit before they reach the pallet on the next rotation.

Well my thoughts on it 3~4? years ago was 100% cooldown reduction on an attack on a CD like 60s to get a "double lunge"
Then they released the twins and coup de grace
I don't think they want to try and make another double lunge perk since its basically the same thing

While I understand, I think it would be different enough. Plus if you were to combo it with Coup, it has negative synergy, since you have to sacrifice 2 tokens per attempt. Also Unrelenting is a general Killer perk right? I think that would be a strong enough lesser/alternate Coup before they get the arguable better version. A double immediate lunge would be a problem, so 75% would probably be enough to prevent that specific usage better served by Coup.

Nothing can be worse than shattered hope. And 30% can be good when survivors hugging walls and fake to vault a window and unrelenting can help cath them before they go on second run in this structure. Also good against spin tag

Still, its not worth a perk slot since you shouldnt be whiffing to begin with. The only killer I can think of that can make it somewhat useful is Wraith, which he whiff on purpose at a loop to make a Survivor greed another, but they cant thanks to Unrelenting. That is the only use I can think of at a high level and its so niche that you might as well forget about it
