Dracula abuse and insta downing unhooks.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If dracula uses hellfire as someone is unhooked he downs the unhooker, blows the endurance the hooked person has, and by the time the person on the hook touches the ground he can M1 and down them. Letting them have 0 chance to escape for 2 hooks.

Pyramid head has veen able to do the same thing and it's perfect fine. Don't unhook people in front of the killer. If he camps, run reassurance or do generators.

This really needs to be fixed, his hellfire shouldn't work about 10m from the hook, because the skull merchant and artist can't put their power next to the hook

I noticed that often his power doesn't hit the unhooked survivor, apparently devs added invulnerability for a couple of seconds to an unhooked suvivors
