I was on hiatus for 2 years, what happened?

When the chapter came out, I used to main knight for a few months until I had to go to work on a oil rig. I re downloaded this game, played a few knight matches and to my surprise I noticed his guard goes away way quicker then before?

Could someone keep me up to date with all the changes? Thank you and sorry for asking.

Game changed a lot… Not sure if I could put everything into one post without missing something. Anything specific you would like to know about?

Knight can now switch guards quicker, his guards have less duration but he they have seperate cooldowns, meaning you need to switch guards more often.

Basicly, you can now despawn the previous guard by summoning new one and they have different cooldowns, hitting them with the basic attack reduces it to just 10 seconds.

There is a whole lot more to it but i think reading it then playing will help you understand.

Im not a knight main and its a bit much, so the wiki could help. On the bottom of the page are all changes, here the last rework:

To keep it short and sweet:

Knight's Guards now have a minimum draw distance of 10m before you can place them, so you can't drop them instantly. In addition, if you're too close to a guard (8m) while they're hunting, the duration goes down 3x as quickly.

However, he can now swap between guards freely instead of being on a defined rotation, and the Hunt duration is a lot higher now (up to 1.5x the previous default).

It's also worth noting that the chase times of Jailer and Carnifex were swapped, so Jailer chases the longest, and Carnifex is basically only good for breaking pallets now.

There's also a bunch of other minor buffs I won't list here, the full changelog can be found on the killer's wiki page.

    Hope this helps :D
