Can dev confirm Wolf/Bat form are "powers" so they would traditionally be unaffected by cosmetics?

I am beyond 100% sure this is how it works, I just want developer confirmation to cite for anyone that's confused as to how it works, just like the discourse about Victor skins back when Twins came out.

they're killer power but dev can give skins if killer controls said character directly. giving skin to wolf is same as giving skin to chucky.

what skin is talking about is giving sub-set killer powers for example giving skins to Knight's Carnifex, Assassin and Jailer. Giving skins to Victor. Giving skins to Nemesis's zombies. So far, BVHR is against giving skins to these type of killer powers because these type of skins are counted as graphic effect for killer powers. It is like giving clown Dark blue bottles and Red gas bottles as a skin. I think they're against it because it makes game less readable for newer players. A new player might not understand that red bottle = pink gas and dark blue bottle = yellow gas.

If you give victor a skin or you give Assassin a skin on knight, people might not understand that skin is assassin or that skin is victor. it creates readability issues.

i think that's solveable if they're just clientside or toggleable. that's halfway disappointing but readability is not an issue in that case and people are still happy.

"they're killer power but dev can give skins if killer controls said character directly" if you can source me I'll gladly accept what you're saying but as far as I have ever known, anything power related is off limits which is why we've never seen that before, still. as far as I am concerned, wolf is still subset as it requires power usage.

they don't count transformations as different entities. they only count different entities if it changes how POWER graphic specifically works. for example changing Knight's hand from green marker to red marker is no-no. they do not allow any graphic power changes.

To be clear, it's not that they are against skinning powers like Victor as most popular request, its that it's literally not possible as they have the powers designed at the core of the game. They would have to completely redesign the entire way powers are done for ALL killers. It's a hindsight is 20/20 issue, basically.

they don't do ANY power changes. even clientside they havent because of prehistoric code. unless it's been restructued, the last word we've ever gotten on this was in regards to a severe technical limitation.
