We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

what movement speed are they talking about exactly? Post teleport or while charging power?

The one while charging a power I believe, would be weird if they reverted buffed recovery movement speed after teleporting
