So about the new window in Badham....

The killer can still bodyblock you and prevent the survivor from vaulting or leaving out the doorway

Essentially they buffed the building and didn't even fix the one thing they were intending to do

I cannot understand why they won't do this. People have been suggesting it for years. It's impossible to manually fix every spot where a player can trap another player, so why not stop griefing at the source?

They seem weirdly fixated on keeping the ability for killers to bodyblock survivors at endgame collapse, but if that's their deciding factor, they can just disable the feature in EGC once the game's on a reasonable timer anyway. Otherwise, there is no reason I can fathom to allow players who are clearly not playing the game to be obstacles for players that are playing the game.

I don’t consider this building much better than before. The slow movement speed upon touching the ground makes it pretty bad. I honestly don’t understand tge drama. This window also screwed me as survivor. I wanted to go on the gen and then I fast vault out of the window, which brought the killer to me.

^ This. Body blocking a player for a long period of time before the EGC starts needs to be fixed. If an AFK crow has popped up then a momentary loss of collision (either for a certain amount of time or distance traveled) is not an unreasonable ask. Whether body blocked by a killer or teammate, it is an unpleasant experience and the only answer being "well, take a video and report it in-game and also with a ticket" is a terrible answer that a lot of players can't do and doesn't solve the actual problem, anyway.

This situation has been a problem in DBD since it first came out, easy solution from me would be to allow killers to lose collision if they are standing still for a certain amount of time

Collision needs to be removed after a player has at least 1 idle crow

The easier fix would've been to disable collision after prolonged idling. Gotta count on the devs for doing everything but what was suggested though!
