Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Hey everyone,

Im a D3 PS4 survivor and remembered i had installed DBD on steam back in 2016 but gave up after 2 hours (had a real ######### laptop). I went to play a few matches and realized i cant really run and look behind me! It seems like you have to do hand acrobatics to press the correct wasd key to keep going in the right direction. Any tips? Thanks!

For me, I couldnt do it till I got better at predicting the killers, to get better at predicting killers I had to learn how to loop and learn how to mindgame as killer.

Takes experience or having a group of friends who know the game better than you who can help.

Start a survivor tutorial and just move around and practice. That's how I learned what exactly to press to 360, because in real matches I used to get scared and always messed up.

Turn your sensitivity up to at least 75 so you can do it quickly. That's important. After that it's like playing any other third person free camera game, like GTA, where you can look around and move in any direction. Take note of what's in front of you and map out a path before you look behind you. When you vault stuff you can quickly look behind you and then look back forward as you finish the vault. Just practice.
