Remember Me
My thoughts on what they should do to the Perk.
Whenever the Obsession loses a Health State, Remember Me gains 1 Token, up to a maximum of 4/6/8: (Currently 2/3/4)
Increases the Opening time by 5 seconds (currently 6) per accumulated Token, up to a maximum of 20/30/40 (currently 12/18/24). The Obsession does suffer from this penalty.
Now my reasons. 8 tokens make it harder to tunnel out the Obsession and harder to acquire all 8 unless you have another perk that switches the Obsession. Longer time makes it closer to No Way Out. Plus Wake Up is also most likely getting a Buff.
Now the only other thing I can see them doing is make it where the Killer can see the Auras of Survivors opening the Exit Gate and I'll be honest I think we are getting to many Auras perks

i think they just give it no way out treatment. Its no longer obsession perk and you get a hook for each unique survivor. My only worries that they nerf max timer cause all survivors now suffer from long exit gates

Rather agree with @Gardhome. The current Remember Me is more like "Tunnel the Obsession out of the match to get full value from the perk". This is not a healthy direction, especially when there is no indicator or hint that this perk is in play (at least in case of STBFL you can assum that the killer has the perk and the Obsession can act proactive, Rancor (even though the design is really bad) the Obession can assum it is in play, Play with your Food you can assum when the killer tries to end chase with you but stays close). It is also a difficult to active perk since you can play a match and never find the Obsession → in this case No Way Out is much more reliable and has the same effect on every survivor.
Overall, it would be great if Remember Me would work similar to No Way Out because even then, they wouldn't outclass each other. Would also be cool if Remember Me would regress the exitgates or let's you see the aura of a survivor that is opening the exitgates for the first time.
