I can't really give a definitive answer here, but there very well could be more than is shown here. We try to show everything we can, but sometimes things get shuffled around and new things added. So while this is the up to date roadmap for now, there's always a chance for surprises.

Then what’s with the doom and gloom about not returning his power back to the first iteration, instead of promoting what you like to see with a new iteration?

Because it is something that I've been wanting and requesting for years.
I'm allowed to get disappointed by the fact my favorite killer in DBD isn't coming back.

That's okay, I just want to know if there might be more than just the things on the roadmap. The reason I ask is also because sometimes there are many players that agree something is unhealthy and not good for the game but it takes a huge while and sometimes no respones from you, the developers, about this. But then you make some changes that no one was asking for or questionable (e.g. some recent things like the nerf to Machine Learning, the - for many players - wrong nerf for WGLF, replacing the window on the double storey house on Badham or the one PTB where Pyramid Head was able to inflect torment on survivors by hitting them with his M2 even though no one was asking for and we still ask for an Addon rework for him). Thus, sometimes it is good when you do changes on your own because not always is the community right or has the knowledge about the game but sometimes it is the opposite. It is also great that you do much more for the game than two or three years ago, which - I am pretty sure - everyone makes happy.
