Does Steam have an edition that includes all of the DLC?
Console player looking at switching to PC. I saw Gold edition on the Steam store, but it doesn’t stipulate what’s included.
Will the blood points I’ve accumulated over the years on Console be available the PC version?

Steam does say what in the gold version.
In addition to the base game characters, the Gold Edition includes:

No, there is not an edition of the game that includes all DLC. As far as i know, the gold edition only includes all original chapter DLCs up until the all-kill chapter. So it's missing 3 years worth of original dlc and all licensed.

You should get every character you have on console with crossprogression. You keep everything on your account.

What this person said. You just have to link your console acc with your pc acc (steam or epic games) to your bhvr acc (create one if you don't have it) and you should have all the dlc your console had. Cross progression was a W move on bhvr's part.

True, only exception is if they are on switch
