Houndmasters Search is hilariously extremely small
Sending the dog across the map or to a gen at most expands the search radius to 10m which survivors can easily dodge by itself but the Dog has a Lullaby as a prewarning for Survivors its near completely making the search useless. It needs Massive Buffs

I spent an entire custom game trying to hit bots with the search command, and it's just awful. It doesn't work to patrol a generator, because the bots always move out of the way, it doesn't work in close range because it has a minimum start up time, and trying to use it at a jungle gym is difficult because the dog has to run around all the walls.
And let's say it purposely send it to a checkpoint, and the survivor runs into it. So now they've got a status effect that barely does anything. Who cares if they can get deep wounds, if 99% of the time I'm going to continue chasing them after they get deep wounds?
I don't understand why the survivors need a lullaby warning, when being detect doesn't actually do that much. Knight's guards (when they aren't bugged) don't even give that much warning, and those guards can actually injure survivors if they find them.

yeah close range it has a 0 meter startup which is weird its needs major range buffs at long distance searchs like 32 meters

It's hilariously bad and needs completely reworked. I really, really wanted to like this killer. A female POC, pirate, with a brutal mori, attack dog, and sword cane? SIGN ME UP
… But the AI on the dog, the search radius, etc is just laughably horrible.1 -
Also, it feels like I can't even send the dog to a choke point to reveal a survivor, because the dog doesn't actively reveal when it's standing at the destination point, even though it's still on a search command? If that is true, can we at least get that scenario buffed?
(Or does the dog reveal when it's standing at the destination place, but the circle is so horribly small that the survivors still manage to dodge it)?
