Fire up buff prediction revisited

After posting the first buff predictions I heard a lot of good suggestions from people. So after reading all the different conversations I think some changes I would add on top do my initial predictions would be

Add action increase to locker opening and missed cooldown time

For every gen complete gain a 6% increase ( was 5% and currently 4%)

When the end game hits action speeds are increased to 50% for the end game.

I heard some people suggest 10% but that would be to powerful due to it outclassing perks like dark arrogance and brutal strength with 2 gens done which often happens within the first chase nowadays.

Some syngeries with this perk can include with 4 stacks ( 1 Gen left )

brutal strength + fire up

44% to Gen, pallet, and walls

bamboozle, superior anatomy, dark arrogance, fire up

104% increased

Unrelenting + fire up

54% speed to missed cooldown

Iron Maiden+ fire up

74% to locker speeds

Fire up is the only perk to effect pick up speeds so

24% to picking up and dropping
