With shards, yeah. With money, no…but I've only ever bought a handful of original chapters directly anyway.

We had a lot of licensed DLCs lately. It's better to buy it with shards for once

Weak, but more importantly high risk/effort with low reward (and really buggy).
I especially don't understand how search mode came out as bad as it is, unless a future deep wound rework makes it particularly threatening. Even then the search radius is so small even with a max range returning dog that it seems hardly worth putting your power on cooldown for. The way this entire chapter has been handled gives me the feeling BHVR is struggling a bit internally.

A lot of people buy killers if they are fun not if they are strong or weak, that being said since it is an original chapter I'll be getting it for free anyways because shards

I will, because I want 100% achievements, I love Snug, I love to pet Snug, and I think her design and lore is pretty awesome (in that she has a tragic backstory, but she's genuinely insane and evil at this point, and not in the same kind of way that Artist and Spirit are, where they died horribly and now they're like vengeful spirits. Even if she was stuck on Entity Island, her fall into evil felt a bit more… human? She actively orchestrated elaborate tortures. She reminds me a bit of Deathslinger in this way, but less calculated and more violently insane. And it's hard to tell if Snug was ever really there or if he was just a manifestation of the Entity all along. She's scary and I like her.)
That said, I don't buy original chapters with real money, so it's not costing me anything.

Absolutely not. She doesn't just look weak, she looks completely dysfunctional. I may buy her with Iri Shards for her perks (though I'd rather save those for cosmetics) but I certainly am not going to pay real money for her, nor play her, until she receives some serious work.

I had to check because it's been so long. Demise of the Faithful, All-Kill (surprisingly), and Forged in Fog. So I lied, it's less than a handful. I think they're all a result of times where I went a little hard splurging shards on cosmetics or otherwise took an extended break from the game and didn't feel like grinding.
It goes to show how important licenses are for BHVR making money from people like myself though. The only licensed DLCs I haven't bought are Nic Cage, Lara (although I picked her up with cells on a whim), Alan Wake, and the full Alien chapter (Xeno acquired with cells, don't have Ellen). Survivor only licensed DLCs are really unappealing to me at this stage in the game's life cycle and in the case of Alien they decided to bundle the chapter with a cosmetic I have no interest in while upping the price of the chapter overall so I just couldn't be bothered and used cells from the rift. Considering they didn't try to pull that again I guess it was a one off licensing thing or they learned quickly that it'd cost them.

I don't buy original character with money by default, so if I'll buy her, then with shards.
If her bugs get fixed, then yes. She wouldnt be my absolute main, but the kind of character you play from time to time.

Hell yeah, I will. I love doges! I will sit there and pet snugs while survivors waste their time on gens. The entity will be pleased petting my doge too.

If she gets her bugs parched out, I will but only for the challenge of playing a weak highly expressive killer.
If she ends up like Knight, I won't even bother

She seems decent enough. I used to main old new Legion, so yeah.
If anything it's give me piece of mind that I won't get attached to something that could be removed
I won't even try to gauge her power level, but anybody in Blitzcrank tier is good on my books
