Behaviour..Myers PTB (Please take a step back)
Behaviour..please take a moment to step back and regroup on this character.
Below are the changes to "The Shape" this PTB. From what I can see there is so much "opinion" feedback (and mine is just going to be more of the same). Someone saying this is great! and the next person saying why did you do this? In the end this is all this is - opinion based on us as an individual this is what's needed.
I have 7.4hrs in the game, main Myers as a childhood fav slasher and stream this character once every week. I'm very passionate about this character in particular and may come across as emotional - that's fair. So, with that I'm going to try and stick to the facts.
Let's get into Tombstone first, this seems to be the bluntest change to me.
Iri - Judith's TS: This one is the most punishing, the requirement has been doubled in conjunction with decreased stalk at close range, it is near impossible to proc this. I went from 3-4k a match to 0-1k a match after several test matches. Survivors are too educated as to how to counter stalking. If the intention was to reduce the amount of TS kills, this one succeeded. I feel you're ripping away Myers lore accuracy with this change.
Purple - Tombstone Piece: See above.
I'm not here to argue why TS is OP, or why it needs removed, or a buff. This ability was just fine the way it was. If people (survivors) are complaining that its unfair (which I've seen - a lot) then we need to use that logic with all killer abilities. Onryo for example. There are plenty of counters to TS, all it is, is being educated on how to play against TS. This is one of the single most frightening abilities in the game. Please revert.
As far as the rest I've put a side note below, the buffs are great, some other changes are (?) and some need to be reverted, please. Please at least look and go back to the drawing board or adjust the nerf percentages.
I don't have suggestions on how to fix because I feel Myers was fine the way he was. Sometimes you have to learn how to use what you have. I don't see the problems others have. And PLEASE do not bring up he is ######### at high tier MMR, because MOST people do not play in this tier. The masses (99%) are in low MMR.
For where I sit, Myers was quite literally perfect. If you want to throw in some new cosmetics for him or some legendary cosmetics, that would be great.
The Shape - Basekit
- Increased Evil Within I movement speed to 4.4 m/s (was 4.2 m/s) - this is a great change
- Increased maximum stalk per Survivor to 20 points (was 10) - this is a great change
- Decreased the amount of Evil Within required to reach Evil Within II to 3 (was 5) - this is a great change
- Increased the Evil Within gain multiplier when stalking from afar to 1 (was 0.1) - this is a great change
- Decreased the Evil Within gain multiplier when stalking from up close to 0.4 (was 1)- please revert or adjust the percentage.
The Shape - Addons
- Fragrant Tuft of Hair:
Increased the Evil Within III requirement to 20 (was 10) - Fine, not sure this was picked specifically to increase? - Lock of Hair:
Decreased the Evil Within III requirement to 50% (was 100%) - good change. But is a contradiction to Fragrant Tuft. - Judith's Tombstone:
Increased the Evil Within III requirement to 20 (was 10) - doubled the requirement - please revert or adjust - Tombstone Piece:
Increased the Evil Within III requirement to 15 (was 7.5) - double the requirement - please revert or adjust - Scratched Mirror:
Decreases Evil Within I movement speed to 4.2 m/s (NEW) - terrible idea, Myers is slow enough in scratch mirror. There is no need, coupled with the reduced lunge this is going to make this playstyle very unattractive.

AMENDMENT to my post:
After giving this more thought and more testing. I feel comfortable reverting some of my rant. I don't have reservation with saying I'm wrong when I am. So here it goes.
Iri Tombstone/Fragrant Hair - still grotesquely horrible. The doubling of the stalk requirement is too harsh and punishing, especially with seasoned players and SWF's.
Purple TS - I thought this was just as bad but turns out it's not terrible. With the new distance stalk and increase of stalk on each player, with adjusting "how" you stalk this can be actually quite good.
4.5% penalty for scratch mirror is understandable due to the 4.4 speed increase given to T1, it's an offset. So essentially if you play SM your basically back where Myers was before the buffs/nerfs. This is a wash and really is a non-issue.
Infinite T3 - doable. Didn't seem to have much issue even though they doubled the stalk requirement for Fragrant, again it's just adjusting.
Stalking - From a distance is a nice change, actually good, and the near stalk nerf is tolerable. It comes down to retraining your brain/playstyle. Stalk more from far away when you can, use this for 99% - then pop using the near stalk. When saying that I understand that it does not work as well on all maps - indoor mostly Lery's/Midwich/Hawkins…blah blah. Best thing to do would be use your stealth and stalk from as far as possible unseen.
The decrease to get from T1 to T2..chef's kiss.
There are still some other loose-ends, and there is more testing I need to do. To be continued….
But I feel this is a mildly GOOD update for Myers aside from a few tweaks further that need to happen namely Iri TS piece and Fragrant Tuft. Maybe some other minor speed changes and missed add-on work-throughs.
Also, not quite sure the blood point additions to some of the add-ons???? Not complaining, ill take them, but odd…I know some of the blood point bonuses were removed from perks like BBQ and WGLF. Odd to add in on add-ons that didn't have them before.

The up close stalking is way too low. It makes the Iridescent add-ons almost unusable on indoor maps.
Fragrant Tuft of Hair should be reverted back to 200%, or at least 250%.
Judith's Tombstone - It's baffling that this add-on requires more stalk than Tombstone Piece, even though the Piece doesn't slow your movement speed. This should also be lowered, to 300%. Same as the Piece.
Scratched Mirror - A garbage meme add-on that requires you to run haste perks just to catch up to people. This add-on is only good against baby survivors. Good survivors will completely demolish you with this add-on, even on indoor maps. BHVR, if you're gonna keep him at 4.2m/s (which you shouldn't) then can you *at least* improve his lunge??? it's the least you could do.
