I ask because I have never seen a killer use a Terror Radius perk. Ever.

Theoretcally, The Houndmaster can use the terror radius perks well, with her purple add-on.

That’s also the only thing it will be good for.

Their primary use is reducing holding-w by making it harder to react to the killer getting closer.

My personal favourites are trail of torment and monitor and abuse.

Everything else Is borderline useless :P

monitor and abuse is an underrated perk, killers with a terror radius of 24m or less get a lot of value out of it as it lets them get close to survivors and start chase with less time for them to respond. Players don’t usually realize you’re close until you’re in LoS.

Weskers tend to use them in my games

most have useful if niche uses.

Distressing on Doctor can make him static blast so much better, and can be put into TR builds like impossible skill check.

    Couldrophobia for anti healing.

There are more but I forgot them

Infectious Fright on killers like Oni or Billy is really good

I think they mean things like Unnerving/Overwhelming Presence, Coulrophobia etc., not Perks which alter with your actual Terror Radius.

As a Doctor main I can confirm that I always run Distressing :3c

As one example if you use Agitation with Starstruck you can use that perk more tactically by quickly moving towards a hook near a generator you think a survivor might be working on so they’ll have the Exposed status.

The smaller terror radius is a bit weaker these days since it’s easier to just have the Undetectable status via perks but in the past before Deathslinger’s terror radius was increased I used to enjoy using Monitor and Abuse with his other terror radius reducing add-ons.

Monitor & Abuse is underrated, that perk is actually useful.

Also starstruck Is insane on Spirit, Singularity and Dracula since they have insane Powers to close the gap (Dracula's Bat form and Wolf Form have insane synergy with starstruck)

On every other killer it's ass though, so be careful

Monitor & Abuse helps you reduce the distance between you and survivors since they don't start to hear you as early.

Chuckys upcoming cooldown nerfs don't bother me too much because I'll get more value out of his monitor addon that works when he is on cooldown.

Love it on Knight too, as Monitor paired with Nurses gives me 4m to play with to setup a guard ambush

Monitor is interesting to use if you play Knight, I agree!

As Doctor i use it for the Blast - it also gives bonus BP.

If you do the impossible skill check build it is also good. And as said for Coulrophobia as well.

Some survs are also a bit panicking with TR all over the place.
