I talk to them to explain a complex situation. I have tried to reach them since October 2nd.

They finally answered, and what was their response? The typical bot replies that they do.

they didnt even cared about the 1400 words-text i wrote. They just copy-pasted that BOT reply they have. I dont know what to do anymore.

Is there any way to contact a superior role in BHVR? maybe Mcote?

    Well, yeah, its gonna be removed since this aint really the place for this.

    Its like having a bad experience with the ticket agent at the movie theatres and then going inside one of the theatres to complain to the viewers. Like tf you want us to do?

    Player Support is a separate team that has no connection with this Forum, also Mat Cote has nothing to do with Player Support!

    There's also no bots working within Player Support, all tickets are reviewed by a human being, at least one of the team members on the support team.
