While this is very VERY nice because now I have an arsenal for every single game I play, I still wish Map offerings were just nadda.

I just hope they still have some plans to deal with map offerings, this is a nice start but I want to see more changes to map offerings

I like the change, but I agree with you. Since I only bring BP offerings, it doesn't help me much. I'll keep bringing BP offerings only and complain vigorously to myself the entire match when someone brings a map offering.

If they deleted map offerings and made the other offerins more appealing in the process then that would be great.

Just buff the numbers on Cakes, Puddings and BPS and rework the huge amount of useless brown, yellow and green scoring offerings. People only bring those when they have nothing else to bring. So why make them the last resort? They should be reasonable picks as well, otherwise why have them at all.

With the removal of map offerings, a lot of other green - rarity offerings would become more common as well.

I think map offerings should only be used once every 24 hours and once for each side. The reason I don't think they should be removed is because of Achievements/Trophies.

This would only help if you consistently face the same opponents

I used a Sac Ward to cancel a Badham & Game map offerings. Man survivors dont like playing on any random map where they dont control the outcome. Thank you brown rarity.

There are still a couple of killer builds that are absolutely map dependant as well. A Myers running Scratch Mirror and being tossed out into the corn so gunna have a bad day! 😂

Make them yellow and make them old brown map offerings where its just an increased chance to get sent to the map.

Some people like playing of certain maps, for a whole host of reasons that aren't just "unfair" "survivor sided" "scumbag players", so there should remain a way to select or influence your map.

Not all of us are triggered by seeing an offering or care what map we get sent to. For those that are, sac wards exist. This is the best system to keep everyone happy.

But I think sac wards could be improved further:

When a sacrificial ward successfully blocks a map offering:

    • All players receive a 50% BP bonus.
    • The map offering is returned to the player who burned it.

If no map offering is played, the player who burned the sacrificial ward gets a 25% BP bonus, in line with other brown offerings.

This way, the use of a sacrificial ward keeps the player who used it happy, they don't miss out on BP bonuses, and no map offering is wasted. After all, no one wants to be playing the first RPD offering they've seen in 150 bloodwebs to try for that achievement, only to have it instantly negated by a sac ward.
