Survivor disconnecting due to tunnelling

Why should a survivor be punished for disconnecting after they are being tunnelled?

Scenario: You get first hook, you got unhooked and are being healed, killers goes for the incompletely healed you and Downs you again hooks you, that's now 2nd hook. You get rescued and killer goes for you will healing that's death hook. Of course I will DC in that situation and although I'll be temporarily banned it won't matter because I will simply go play another less stressful game as I had no intention of playing DBD just to burst my blood vessels because of tunneling game mechanics.

And for those who will say " bring certain perks" you are just insensitive. Remember we don't even know what killer we will face but the killers the see the survivors. Decisive strike or unbreakable works only once per match, and that just slightly delays the inevitable tunnelling you get.

Probably if you play on a SWF team you may have better odds but why should SoloQ survivors be at a disadvantage?

Being chased and being hooked are simply aspects of the game you are playing. If you don't like the killer chasing you and you can't stand the idea of being eliminated in an elimination game, then I question why you keep playing.

I'd support it, but I don't see it happening.

It'd be an interesting experiment to try, along with the suggestion that teammates should be able to DC without penalty after one person DC's. Then the Killers would be left with no game, sitting in a lobby, trying to find Survivors who will actually play with them. Even better, they'll be wondering why no one wants to play with them.

I mean let’s not pretend that survivors don’t frequently DC for the pettiest of reasons; it’s not always the killers playing in an unfun way.

Because… they DCed in the middle of the game.

If you DC mid game, it doesn't matter why, you should be punished for DCing mid game.
