This is in terms of how good you think the chapter was or not with S being very good and F being very bad. I will hopefully be posting more of these on the other chapters.

    C tier

Nea is popular but Nurse has been a massive problem since her creation and Disturbed Ward is one of the worst maps in the game.

Nurse is a kinda of a problematic killer to balance, although today, even though she is still the best killer in the game, she is pretty balanced all things considered.

Both the killer's and survivor's perks were good, and were never problematic, with some of them still being used to this day, namely Balanced Landing. Thanatophobia has been pretty useless since the nerf, but it was decent for a long time.

The map was not good, but compared to the standards of the time, it was not the worst. Nowadays, after the rework, it is still a bad map, but again, not the worst.

I say S tier because it introduced the Nurse, the best killer (don't try and change my mind) in the game, her perks aren't too bad despite what others say. I don't mind them too much and Nea… well, it's Nea, she introduced Balanced and Urban Evasion, we will ignore Streetwise however…

I can agree however with the fellow above me that the map isn't good, when it came out however, it was aight but now whenever I get the map, I sigh.

    OP's ranking: C tier (I clicked S by accident tho ;-;)

When the chapter first released it was a pretty big deal as it was the first ever DLC that we ever got and it also came around a time when DBD was still scary and so the general atmosphere of Nurse and the Crotus Prenn Asylum gave off a feeling of dread to many people, and so people loved it for that. Nurse and Nea would also become pretty popular with the fanbase as well and still have their fair share of mains to this day.

The main downside with the chapter though is with how it's aged overtime as Nurse has always been seen as insanely broken with her ability to essentially break the rules of the game, but by now it's gotten to a point where we've basically just accepted her for what she is. Nea despite her popularity is also one of the more hated survivors given that many players associate her with toxicity and Crotus Prenn is quite heavily survivor sided with its main building.
