I saw that it has already been released, but I don't see it when I launch the game. Am I missing something? Is it normal that such a situation has occurred, or should it be considered a bug?

    I have also gotten this issue, It's so confusing on why it happens I hope it will get fixed because it's worrying it doesn't show up

    The collection is apparently unavailable in some regions, though bhvr still hasn't officially acknowledged it.

    Might be a stupid question, but have you tried clicking on the individual survivors and killers in store to find them? For some reason they're not showing up on my main Store page but I can find them the aforementioned way
