Since Vigil got a range buff from 8 to 16 meters will Leader and Streetwise follow suit in the future?

I agree with this, Streetwise could also go up to 33% efficiency tbh

Both could deal with buffs, I could see Streetwise going up in popularity.
Leader's problem is that it benefits the whole team and solo-queue still wouldn't use this perk as a whole. Even if I love the Botany + Leader combo, I call it the "I heal you fast, you heal me fast." synergy. ☠️
Both could use buffs as a whole, especially with the Overwhelming Presence buff (I see it from time to time) and Franklin's being used a lot in my games.

please no. keep the perk how it is and do not touch it.
leader could use a buff like higher numbers maybe such as 50%.

I think you might have some pe ks mixed up. Overwhelming Presence is a Doctor Perk and hasn't been touched since Patch 3.4.0

Oh yeah, you're right. 😂
I just sometimes see it every now and then, but yeah — I thought it got buffed because of me seeing it and seeing the item being consumed at a faster rate.
