Furtive chase buff idea

CURRENT: you become obsessed with one survivor. When you hook your obsession you gain undetectable and 5% haste for 18 seconds.

When a survivor rescues the obsession from the hook, the rescuer becomes the obsession.

NEW: You lurk in the shadows, eliminating your victims one by one.

You become obsessed with one survivor. When hooking a survivor, gain undetectable and 5% haste for 11/13/15 seconds. When you hook your obsession, these effects are doubled.

I thought of buffing furtive chase because it is a decent perk but could use a solid buff. It would be a solid effect for regular hooks but hooking the obsession would really be worth it. I kept the effect of the rescuer becoming the obsession because it’s promotes the killer to not tunnel the obsession off hook to get the bigger effect and forces the killer to go for other survivors. Let me know what you think of this buff and if you would add or nerf parts about it!
