It's funny to me how survivors want to return to ratting
Ratting is absolutely awful. You want to revert distortion so you can hide all game whilst your teammates are on dead hook. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I don't really understand the complaint. What does distortion and hook saves have to do with each other? I used to always run distortion because I couldn't loop but I would always go for hook saves.

There is an absurd amount of aura reading perks, even more aura reading addons. They keep adding more killer aura abilities with every major patch as well. There WAS one half decent counter to the flood of killer aura reading powers. They nerfed it into the ground. if there is going to be a massive amount of abilities/powers that do a specific action there needs to be a reliable counter.
Were there the same number of aura reading perks for survivors that show the killers aura, you too would want a counter.
Not all survivors like to be found immediately and chase, especially with how common tunneling and slugging are. some just wanna do gens or other objectives.

I literally ran the perk because none of my SoloQ teammates did and someone has to unhook and heal them all.
