Something went a bit wrong in the texture loading/refreshing or whatever, so there's placeholders there.

This isn't a big deal and is in no way anything inconceivable to 'mess up'.

I had this happen one time and this was when a survivor leaves the lobby the very instant the game was going in to loading screen.
