Why Nea's "System Smasher" cosmetic hasn't came out yet?
It's been like almost 3 years since the fifth tome has been introduced featuring this cosmetic, yet still more recent tome cosmetics than this one are being brought back to the shop, for example: "Punk Rebellion" which is another Nea's cosmetic that was featured in Tome 10. Is there any particular reason why that cosmetic hasn't been brought back? I just wanna know.

Not every tome cosmetic is brought back, that's why.

It is poosible that the Announcer described the skin to be exclusive to that Rift.
Just listen to the tome which had Felix's ski suit and listen to a recent Rift, way different wording.

I doubt. The Hillbilly's "Sunday Slaughter" was in similiar situation like this, but it got released to the shop anyway.
Maybe, but in both of those rift trailers, there are different narrators, so its hard to tell.

Theres so many old rift outfits and single-piece rift cosmetics that haven't come back... some of them are from DbD mobile so I wonder if that's why some aren't here yet.
Whish they could come back, some of them were bangers. I would say maybe its because some of them are yellow rarity, but they recently brought back the toad Wraith skin and the leopard or cheetah print Meg skin... so I really don't know. I just wish they would release them already.
Some things come after the minimum wait time, and others are just lost to the void until appearing one day.

Ah… Finally… Now I can rest without having "Guarded Landing" (Pants from "System Smasher") only.
Shame it's only for a week though, many players can still miss out on it.
