Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

Hatch Offerings

Do you find them just as bad as Map Offerings? Do you change how you play because a Hatch Offering is used? Do you tunnel Key holders who might be playing for Hatch?

Hatch offerings tell the killer where the final survivor will be. The killer just needs to be there first.

I've seen survivors change how they play when a hatch offering is used, refusing to ever leave the area or be useful because they want the hatch and don't care about powering the exit gates. I've seen killers forget the hatch offering was in play. I've never noticed a killer change their playstyle over the hatch offering.

Hatch offering tells you where the last survivor is going to be going. Map offerings how much of an advantage one side has and can determine the match. They're not remotely the same.

They are kind of lame and should be changed somehow.

There are some plays you can do with them but it is not that great. For example solo queue with Sole Survivor for an exit strategy if things go sour: bring the hatch offering for shack to bait the killer to go there and then hang around the door and open it with Sole survivor.

Map offerings should become a purple or pink IMO to reduce their purchase and use. I wouldn't want to remove them altogether because I like their art-symbols and little lore texts attached to them, also they have been in the game since early days

Both of them make the game better. I can see your argument about map offerings, but hatch offering at shack should just be basekit.
