Can you report someone in game for taking advantage of errors in game design?
Like for example if I am playing the twins as victor victor cannot pounce facing upwards on the stairs and someone knows this knowledge and takes advantage of it.

I think that section of the rules mostly applies to thing that would completely break the game. Like if you somehow found a way to go out of bounds.
This is just Twins being janky.

yes I know but it's still someone with knowledge taking advantage of an error in design that wasn't intended i think.

No, the game is made like that, they said it's intentional that some killer powers don't work in places with high elevations, like Victor's pounce.But you can also avoid this by just standing to the side of the survivor or going to the top of the stairs.

Nope only really gamebreaking bugs like glitching into lockers not being able of being hit anymore is even reportable, and then they probably first try to killswitch it before they do something to the person reported.
