Who is the dude that saying "dead by daylight" after the initial loading time after the 2v8 update?
I know that isn't nemesis because nemesis doesn't talk except for stars and Wesker doesn't sound like that. Its so random to add that unless its been there for a long time and i don't remember. Question still stands who is saying that?

Its been there for every resident evil chapter release. It comes from the classic title screens of the original games. A sinister voice, who's never been named as far as I'm aware, would announce the name of the resident evil title when hitting the start button. Its just paying a little homage.
