Luck mechanic

Now that going next is being addressed, people are worrying 'what about luck self unhook build?'

This is a perfect opportunity to completely rework the mechanic as a whole, because just affecting unhooks is pretty boring and outdated. It could affect things like chests and skill checks, or maybe have a slight percentage increase on the new map offerings the more luck you have.

Thoughts?

    Yes it's unhealthy as a whole. Remove the encouragement of self unhooking, rework the luck offerings, rework Up The Ante and Slippery Meat.
