The game drops on PS Plus, 2018. Played it intermittently, and then sometime in 2019, it became my full-time game basically.

Bro all of these are so damn cool, I'll forever be cursed, I downloaded in 2018 and didn't touch until late 2021. How scary and dark the game used to look is crazy I really wish they'd bring some of that aesthetic back. Awesome posts guys I'm always jealous when these pop up!

Obviously graphics are much better today which is cool. And some maps were to dark.
But imo they destroyed a lot of the creepy atmosphere with some new map updates :-(
Also there is still very little fog atm - i think i heard this is a bug. You can oversee complete maps now.
We need more fog back please.

Yeah, most of old school DBD was a broken mess that only people with nostalgia goggles on want back, but the dark, foggy aesthetic was so much better. Everything is too bright now, and the full daylight maps are a travesty.
Love seeing these old screens.
