been having this problem since mid last year and can´t get it resolved. - On Steam/PC

Any help would be greatly appropriated. two other family members in our household does not have any problems.

  Oh I still get this from time to time, ever since dedicated servers came out. I can't help ya directly as I'm on Xbox, but when I see this I have to restart my router & modem, then my console to clear it.
