Is Hex: NBM The New Worst Hex Perk Ever?
I’ve used this perk a lot during the PTB and have to say this might be hands down the worst Hex ever made. You can see it working but it has never once made a difference.
In fact it’s so bad the same effect used to be a yellow add on for The Huntress, except it didn’t have the trash basic attack requirements.
Hex Perks are supposed to be glass cannons. It seems you forgot the cannon part.
And please stop with the basic attack perks.

Hex: Two can play exist so probably not. The effect is too insignificant for survivors to bother cleansing.

Good point. That perk is so horrifically bad that I forgot it existed.

That perk could perfectly be a regular perk with a cooldown and it wouldn't be OP. Being a Hex perk is nonsensical.

The real problem with the perk is that it's design is a complete failure whether it's a Hex or not. You can't create a killer perk that survivors have full control over.
They can simply decide not to blind or pre-drop when they discover the perk is being used. It is a perk that the killer cannot use the effect of his own free will.

The perk could be pretty decent, if it didn't have that atrotious activation requirement.

At least Hex: Two can play can be reactivated lol. I don't understand why these Hexes with prerequisites cannot be reactivated once you have completed those requisites again (as long as there are dull totems available) 🥴

The effect actually isn't bad but the activation requirement is ludicrous. By the time it activates you're anywhere from a quarter to more than halfway into the game and if you're doing that well you probably don't even need it and could be running some other perk that could have been doing things that entire time.
