    There are rumors that the blood moon event was supposed to start this week but now there is that rule that all content will arrive late due to the changes that will come to the game.

    The chaos shuffle is like a compensation for the delay. I believe there was no time to prepare an archive for this event.

    It's just a filler game mode to keep people playing while they work on the next game breaking patch. Everyone knows it by now
