Coulrophobia, Dark Devotion, Dissolution, Distressing, Overwhelming Presence, Septic Touch, and Unnerving Presence.

    all terror radius perks need to linger for at least 3 seconds when not in TR otherwise some need reworks.

    Dark devotion is fine doesn’t need to be strong it’s a fun gimmick perk

    dissolution needs to remove the part where the survivors know it’s activated

    Septic touch sucks ass and should be buffed

    What perks needs a rework and how would you buff Septic Touch?

    I used to run Dark Devotion on Doctor and his fun factor increases by 200%.

    As a Doctor main, I enjoy all of these. Especially Distressing, it's always there in my main build (+ Surge, Sloppy Butcher and BBQ). Unnerving Presence makes for some crazy fun impossible skillcheck builds. I've also tried running Coulrophobia on an impossible healing build but to no avail yet lmao.

    They're no good. I've played around with Septic Touch before, and it didn't seem to do anything, even though it's supposed to be good against Exhaustion perks and Windows.

    trash. coulrophobia will always be niche unless your wesker (atm) on the game with distressing also besides being "closer" to death there aren't really negatives to just staying injured so you won't get that much use out of it and that's not bringing up the point that maps are huge so you won't see any value in it

    dark devotion needs to last 60 seconds or the number needs to be bumped up since it'll probably run out before you sneak up on someone else

    dissolution shouldn't tell survivors that it's active also it should last a lot longer because they won't vault the pallet and run to another loop where it'll run out. it's honestly a waste of a slot unless you quick down

    septic touch overwhelming and disturbing presence have the same problems as coulrophobia

    distressing does nothing outside of increasing your terror radius so you aren't going to use it unless you have one of the other presence perks

    DDissolution Is goated on my legion; people who think Legion is a free win and is an ez 5 gen chase hasn't bumped into my Legion

    Coulrophobia is decent on killers with 40 metre terror radius but there are still better perks they can take. Dissolution is ok but the duration is a bit short, the rest are trash and should be buffed.Some could even be combined like distressing and overwhelming presence then just delete distressing
