Are there any Chucky mains on here?
If so, could you give any tips on how to play him? I bought him because I'm a fan of the movies (the first 3 ones at least) and I like his gameplay. But when I'm playing him I either get total noob survivors and win without trying, or I get stomped.
There also isn't that much content about him since the nerf. It seems like nobody is playing him. And when I asked on other sites I just got told that he is garbage and not worth playing anymore.

I wanted to p100 him a while ago, but then came the speednerf no one asked for with the double cooldownnerf, and since then it's huntress and dracula xD

I was a chucky main and i still play and understand him well but yes after his nerfs he has become a weak killer unfortunately. His cooldown just hard limits him no matter how accurate you are, has no map mobility, terrible perk synergy and his add-ons are at best minor boosts in power.
He was good because the attack used to be faster so chases would end quick. However they nerfed the speed and increased the cooldown, you need to get closer before you launch the attack and you have a longer cooldown after you do that. His power relies on Slice and Dice so his way of getting pressure is getting hooks so since that was nerfed he became dramatically worse.
Also after his nerfs he became a lot more map dependant, because his attack is slower maps with a lot of safe pallets are much worse for him, RPD and The Game i have a lot of trouble with as chucky.
As for tips :
- Don't hit and run, it's not effective on chucky.
- Iridescent Amulet helps with a lot of the weaknesses he has right now.
- Use aura perks to understand when you should go hidey ho mode
- Use Deadlock, Corrupt, Pain Res, Grim Embrace for slowdown. Not all 4 at once though
He is also getting buffed in the next patch but we'll have to wait and see how much better that makes him.1 -

I used to play him every so often, but I haven’t and won’t play him since his mega nerfs.

Still waiting to be able to press R1 to scamper again. I played him a lot before this got changed.

Not much to do with him now after speed nerf…
I can suggest to play Brutal strenght on him. That's a good perk for Chucky, because if survivor won't drop pallet, you have good chance for hit on most loops.
You can somewhat still do flick around loop by basically looking into the wall and moving to side, which is not that hard with his POV.
Scamper usually works only on survivors holding W, you have chance on straight walls. You can go 90 degrees from window by looking down and holding A/D.0
