Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Hot Take: I prefer going against 6.1 DH rather than lithe

I would much rather do a 3-7 second dance of doom out in the open baiting a survivors DH rather than watching a survivor fast vault a window or pallet and make cross map distance just by simply holding W with lithe. I find it incredibly boring and irritating watching a survivor pre run to a window or pallet anytime I get close to them just to pop lithe and not even think about running the loop. I don’t want to play catch up in 20 seconds simulator after someone pops lithe, it’s just flat out boring.

Languid Touch and Genetic Limits are two perks you can run to inflict Exhausted and thus deny survivors their Lithe. Some killers have add-ons that pair really well with either of these perks.

The popularity of Lithe and exhaustion perks in general already made me create a sort of counter build on Artist 😂.

I started going back into lithe especially with quick and quiet being buffed again soon, I get sick of killers who refuse to break a pallet and has to bl 3 me so now I use lithe to punish them for it. Break the pallet bro( not saying you op just speaking in general).

Another thing is pallet stun then immediately lithe unless killer has enduring, they tend to swing which is a auto miss and they totally lose you xd, perfect way to ruin dredge ant loop.

Trust me man.. you don't want to get old DH back. It is a good reason why it got changed into what it is today.
DH for distance into flashlight saves, or into that god pallet that you had to break and lost any count towards bloodlust, enabling the survivor to gain a huge distance on you again.
Do you really want to go back to that?

Lithe is so much easier to play around than the Old DH. If you don't want people to use exhaustion, i recommend using fearmonger/languid touch/genetic limits/addons, etc. I find most of the exhaustion perks today so balanced that i tend to ignore exhaustion completly, with exception for some killers where exhaustion counter their powers, as the Knight.

Just talking about the Old DH give nightmares. I don't want to go back to an era where someone could play very badly, DH before a hit, get to a pallet/window and just restart the chase.

Old DH should never be brought back to this game, EVER.

That almost never happens to you though so why bring a build for it. According to Bhvrs stats killers reach Tier 3 bloodlust in 6% of games. Hardly a reason to make a build for something that almost never happens.

Reading back on the comments I want to clarify this was the 6.1 REWORK DH, not the og DH for distance.

It's call a getaway build? You rather me bring gen rush or blast/head on build like what is the problem? Killers are lazy to break pallets and you can't tell me it ain't true and it happens alot in my matches with just BL to 3. I do not care about your in accurate 6% data.

Even Zanshin works too; Lithe players are predictable.

OP, I can handle Lithe. For me it's Finesse.
