    In the Tokyo Ghoul chapter stream, they announced that there would be a new rarity for cosmetics called "Ascended" for stuff that's between the quality of Legendaries and Very Rares, like stuff with VFX and all that.

    This seems to be a bug though since they didn't mention that anything outside of cosmetics would be receiving that rarity, so I think when they entered that rarity into the files, it auto updated that perk's description.

    Thats the new rarity. Means, that you can fish out a Dwight - bot from a random chest if you use Ace in the Hole.

    Jokes aside, I have no idea. Seems like someone mixed up "ultra rare" with "ascended" or they want to change up rarity descriptions in the future.
