Major hot take(ghoul)
now that kaneki was nerfed and he’s been settled for awhile. I have the biggest hot take I know you most won’t agree with
I think before he was nerfed he finally dethroned nurse as the strongest killer in the game. Even after his nerfs I still believe he’s the 2nd best killer in the game.
I understand nurse can still go through walls and ignore gameplay mechanics but ghoul is on another level that honestly makes him stronger.
He’s faster both power wise and mechanically. He can traverse the map faster than blight, nurse and Billy. Get easy first hits without having to really aim. Can hit over pallets and windows. leap vaults pallets really quick.
Can catch up and cut people off in the span of 2 seconds.
He had everything and the fact he deep wounded them on hit gave him a little slowdown. He was so good at everything here and what made it even better. He was so easy. Nurse never gets played cause she’s so goddamn hard to use people get frustrated and quit. While him he’s so easy to use you can 4k without even using perks

I think he is quite good, but I'm not sure about 2nd best after nerfs. He has great mobility but he also can't down survivors with his m2 (the deep wound affect is a fair middle ground imo) and he can have a hard time at certain structures.
I do think many players have yet to fully understand how his kit works so many of them aren't playing on his strengths to their best so maybe I'll see better plays overall, but until then I say he's about top 4

He wasn't ever stronger than Nurse, but he has an extremely low skill floor and barrier to entry. He is not only simple and intuitive to control, he has extremely easy first hits, and after you get that first hit you can play him at minimum like a 115% M1 killer who you can't hold W against at all.
So players of pretty much any skill level can pick him up and get a lot of value out of him.
Nurse has the steepest skill floor in the game. Actually playing her once you've mastered the timing on her blink is not demanding, but it still requires a bunch of practice. So unless you are in the top echelons of survivor MMR, you usually only run into Nurse players who aren't playing her to her full potential.
However, I do think he was and still is stronger than Blight.
In a bubble, just comparing the two side-by-side, Blight comes out on top. Ghoul has a lot of advantages over Blight, like extremely free first hits, literally having old Chucky scamper, being able to ignore most forms of exhaustion and anti-tunnel, being able to negate the strongest medkit items. But Blight's chase lethality is still stronger than Ghoul's.
What I think pushes Ghoul over Blight is perks. Ghoul works perfectly with every M1 perk and Exposed. Blight can't use these things efficiently.

Not even close to Nurse. Not S Tier either.
Most overrated killer this game has ever seen.
I am an awful survivor and have been able to loop them easily. Except on farm maps because there is like 3 pallets total.

Never said he was bad. He’s just not even close to as good as people say. Almost as easy to loop as legion and legion is one of the worst killers in the game.
