are the devs on crack?
what the hell is going on over there? releasing ghoul in this dumpsterfire state knowing youre going to nerf him. changing hex pentimento to have 0.01% pickrate. they might as well delete the perk. then you come here making the most busted SWF perk of all time named duty of care.
you dont play your own game do you then why even try balancing it your way? stupid devs
i also hate the fact that the devs keep bringing the same excuse "It need to be easier for new player" Why do they never apply the same logic to killer?

would you prefer survivors to bring a gen rush build over altruism? I suppose I can go use those, I have a ton of BNP and toolboxes I don’t use. If you insist.

What does anything you say have to do with my post? you're not making sense.

Let's break this down a little.
Ghoul was really, really strong when he first came out, and there were certain pain points with him that needed to be addressed. To what extent his hotfix changes actually deal with that I'm not sure but we'll have to wait and see. It's hardly the first time a Killer has been changed rapidly after release: there's only so much beta testing you can do, especially with different latencies, edge cases, and let's not forget DBD's weird spaghetti code. But it's not like Ghoul is now worse than Trapper with these changes.
Pentimento is a really nasty perk. Running it alongside strong hexes puts Survivors in a damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't position: either put up with with Blood Favour, Ruin and Devour on an incredibly aggressive Singularity/Dracula/Houndmaster/etc, or spend a lot of time locating and cleansing totems (maybe even with Thrill extending that time) and THEN get hit with fat penalties to repair and heal speeds, or go cleanse the totems AGAIN while I get to chase you down knowing exactly where you've been thanks to Pentimento's location reveal. The changes to Pentimento are fair to me, though it may lead to worse winrates with Hex builds: then BHVR could sort out the really annoying RNG element of totem locations (and of having a Hex next to Survivor spawn being immediately cleansed at the start of the game, which could be easily resolved by having all Hexes only light up when their trigger condition is met).
Duty of Care might be a powerful perk, it's a little early to tell. But it has limited conditions to apply, can't be combined with other annoying haste perks thanks to the other PTB changes and furthermore relies on the game registering a Protection Hit, which is incredibly arbitrary and honestly quite janky. It could be one of these perks like Background Player where it's an issue for higher level players but not for lower ones, which would mean it could take a while to get adjusted, or it could be yet another perk for SWFs but not solo queue. Not all Killers are equally concerned with Protection Hits either: Trickster, Huntress, Onryo, Bubba and others basically don't care about them at all while Wraith, Ghostface or Slinger can really struggle to deal with them.
You don't have to agree with every decision the devs have made (and I don't), but just being insulting just makes you sound like a tantruming child and is not likely to endear anyone to your point of view.

Sure so strong that ghoul beats nurse and blight... ok. Pentimento is weaker than 4 gen regress and blocking combination perks. It will be used in SWF loadout. It's already being used in PTB. I ignore the last sentence because you're assuming. Creating assumptions about me is foolish.
Anyway, it doesn't matter. You survivors won you won't be seeing pentimento or ghoul.

Attacking the devs and calling them stupid? They’re totally going to take your feedback seriously now

Do you have video proof of me physically assaulting the devs?
