Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

How is that not a flashlight save?

For few months, killers are immune to blinding. I can't hear the sound of blinding, I can't blind.
This is not a issue of Lightborn, because Lightborn doesn't suppresses the sound of blinding, you can still hear the sound. And in my case I can't hear the blinding sound.

I suspect the game is lagging so much, that angle of killer is much different on screen and while calculating if I am blinding. It de-synchronizes between my screen and actual game.

I tested it with friends, and while they are standing still. There is no issue, could not reproduce while they were rotating rapidly before picking up survivor.

Maybe I missed at the first 0.1 second, but then I corrected my aim. Don't say, this is NOT on his head.

Even I, as a killer only player, would say that half your attempt was aimed too high.

You start too far right, correct to the left, aiming central but then you step back and the beam goes above Micheal head.

It looks to me like Myers is looking slightly in towards the tile.

If I was in the situation, I wouldn't have thought twice about this. Maybe you would have hit a partial blind if you had not overextended past his FOV

Not sure why anyone bothers questioning the game's killer bias. Literally been carried by a killer and another survivor shining flashlight right into their face and nothing happens. Same thing how killers take random swings in what ever direction straight up missing and the game counts the hit. Funny how survivors gotta be super precise with a flashlight but killers require 0 precision taking a swing at you.

Ive noticed i miss allot more with the flashlight as well. And my theory is it wasnt just flashbangs that were nerfed, but the blinding angle in general, you now have to be almost directly infront of the killer to blind even with a flashlight as it seems the side angle u used to be able to do is not possible anymore and requires you to aim more from the center of their vision. Like its went from 180 degrees to an 80 degree cone

Killer bias??? Where?? Idk man bhvr clearly shows they dont care about the casual killer side. From basekit changes to gen regression being nerfed to map design to blood moon event

That would be good since getting blinded from out of ones fov was ridiculous.
