Do people sleep on Singularity?
After his buffs he is kinda insane A tier pick that is not that hard to play as before, you even have auto-hold aim cameras that aim for you if you want. EMPs arent as strong as before and his pressure is insane. He can easy camp and hold places like better hag.

He takes some getting used to, but he is a VERY strong killer in the right hands. He's been in my regular killer rotation since his release.

He's just a lot of tediousness to manage. Like he's my exact macro type killer I like, it's just a lot to do. I also find it very disorienting bouncing around cameras.
He is very strong though I agree.

More work to do, but a killer that responds to our hard work.
Excellent!

Singu is really strong with a few caveats:
Indoor maps are a headache because your Biopods can't cover the same radius as normal and what surfaces count as applicable for them can be very arbitrary. RPD is a notorious candidate for this given all the weird textures on the walls. Big open maps/hybrid maps with a strong indoor section like Eyrie of Crows, Gas Heaven and Garden of Joy can also be difficult to appropriately cover with Biopods but these maps are bad for all Killers so that's not so special.
Co-ordinated Survivors can also cause a lot of problems for him in the same way they can for other set-up Killers, albeit to a lesser degree due to his faster set-up time. Intermittently using EMPs to disable his cameras outside of chase, as well as using them on a Survivor that he's chasing, disrupts his gameplay loop quite badly.
I love Singu and he's in a fairly good place after his changes, though some QoL on Biopod placement would be nice.

I am glad that most people dont want to play Singu. He is as annoying to play against as Dullmerchant.

He is in the same situation as Twins, more or less, strong killers whose are overlooked because they're not popular, so most people don't know how strong they're.

I feel bad for playing him. Like, beating up toddlers level of feel bad.

Over tuned with 0 counterplay. Glad he is rare cause like artist/twins even getting one is a snooze fest.

This is beyond false.

- yes, singularity is one of the strongest killers in the game, even before it was hyper buffed. Zubatlel (before the buff) had some amazing games with old Singu. before it was complex to use but strong, now it is """easy""" to use and very strong

Probably cause you can get similar or better results with Blight/Billy/Ghoul/Dracula for less effort than Singularity.

Singularity is quite strong for people willing to put in the effort. Not a super high skill ceiling, but you definitely have to work for your results with Singularity.
But yeah, he can be oppressive.

Honestly, playing him feels very feast or famine. Either you do well (and have the minor problem of a power that definitely punishes you more for hooking than slugging), or the EMP usage is great and you spend most of the game with no power. Especially on an indoor map.

He's one of several strong killers that don't get played much. It just shows people always prioritize fun over strength.

I get a bunch of motion sickness from swapping between cameras, otherwise he would be my main.

it’s funny when I would watch my friend that I would duo with get hit by the birds every time because he was greeding the gen and not moving. Or when I would see him still try to loop her when she would throw the bird up at jungle gym.

Yes. The reason is because he isn't in every game. When you only face a killer once every month or so, it's easy to overlook just how strong that killer is.

Isn't he one of the killers who can achieve the 10 min abandon tho currently?
0 -
Many other killers can do it if they try hard enough with the right set up.
I play Larry sometimes still. While he can be very strong he does have a very high skill floor to be good with. He also probably the most micro demanding killer in the game with all the bio-pods and cameras that eventually wears me out.

Fair.
I feel like the emp mechanic is a fun idea, I love it when I use bond and can help other survivors who run by me in chase, but without bond/information he is suffering to go against. Probably because how many times they can keep hatching on you, I feel like sometimes they'd be fairer if they could only do it once per sack.
I feel the QoL changes will go a long way against them (being tunneled by them when no one helps is awful), I also think the haste/hinder stacking also gets rid of the other issues I have against people who build that on them..0
