Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

You want clever zombies, play the Knight and use his guards, then profit.

Yea Stacy and Jeremy, they live the hard life.

Indoor maps they take cruel punishment from nemesis as usually the end up bodyblocking you

Nemesis is a pretty capable killer without his zombies even in play. No other killer can effectively ignore pallets pretty quickly into a match and also have 2 units in the map that pressure survivors off generators at no cost to the killer. Unless his win rate is massively struggling, any buffs to zombies would have to include nerfs for the killer itself so I don't know that it would be worth asking for.

I agree. My only note here is I dont understand why zombies dont loose collition once they hit you, is that a bug? If thats intended, why? they can lock you in a spot and hit your 3 times without any counterplay.

I’d say making the zombies smarter but decreasing how long they would chase someone would be Awsome. Some QOL changes would be chill as well. I have a few ideas like

Nemesis can push zombies out of the way if they are infront of him (fix the problem of them bodyblocking Nemesis)

Zombies can go under pallets if a survivor is within (X) meters of pallet.

Zombies can lunge if they get close to a survivor.

If we want to give them more use you could have Nemisis give up (X)% of his tentacle and make them Tentacle heads. They have a weaker version of Nemesis’s whip and follow survivors longer.

Honestly I would be happy if they just lost collision with Nemisis so he stops getting body blocked

^ this. Nemesis would work pretty well without Zombies actually. I see them as a little bit extra, but most of the time when I play Nemesis (and I used to play him a lot when he came out), I only care about them as a small boost to Infection Rate. Most of the time I dont care about them and they are also added because it is a RE-Chapter anyway.

But for some reason people want the Zombies to be way stronger, possibly because it is the part of Nemesis which requires no input from the Killer…

I get what you're saying but capcom has their own game engine unlike bhvr who uses unreal engine.

Yeah, they don't need to be stronger, they just need to not bug out. I'd love if they'd stop getting stuck on hills and tile seams. Stop wandering around in corners. Stop staring at survivors working on gens like it's too fascinating a performance to interrupt.

When they're functional they're great. But they're so rarely functional in my matches it feels they're more decorative than a part of Nemesis's kit.

They should scale in speed and detection based on survivors infected. They should provide significantly better map pressure and info than they currently do.
