Every killer is bugged !
I genuinely am appalled at the fact that you guys put content release on hold to "fix" the health of your game, and after one patch, it's back to square one.
Kaneki STILL has this vault bug where if you get grabbed whilst not in deep wound over a pallet or a window, even if you run away, you get downed when you're not even near the pallet/vault.
I can't even be bothered to name the multitude of other bugs because there are just so many, but what annoys me the most is the fact that 2 updates later, Kaneki still hasn't had his bugs fixed, which makes him uncounterable and BORING!! And it BAFFLES me that you work so hard to make Skull Merchant enjoyable by giving her multiple reworks and then leave another killer(Kaneki) to cause the same situation with people going next and not even bothering to play matches out because they know they have slim-to-no chance of escaping against him. All you needed to do was listen to everyone and put forward a hotfix to make him enjoyable and have counterplay, but instead of that, we get left with a buggy-as-hell game and a Skull Merchant pt2 situation.
I am running out of patience with this game. You're lucky you have such a dedicated player base who eats up anything you release. Because I'm almost certain that if it were any other game, it would have been left in the dirt to rot by now.
You have this super dedicated fan/player base, and this is how you thank them for spending so much time and money on your game? Lmfao. Also, a 10-year-old game this popular SHOULDN'T BE THIS BUGGY OF A MESS. Where does all the money go if not into fixing this games whack ass code?
I tried to bite my tongue and not write this, but I think you guys need some kind of reality check — People aren't going to continue playing a game/spending money on a game filled with so many bugs forever, and if i'm being frank I don't know how many more chances I can give you. I am growing tired of 1. being statistically destined to lose the majority of my match due to this ridiculously high kill rate and killers having little to no counterplay, and 2. every single patch introducing new bugs to the point where it makes the game unplayable and being left as such for months on end with no communication on if it's even going to be fixed.
Man i'm so ######### dissapointed
Like I feel so bad for killer mains not being able to play their favourite killers without being bugged out and I feel bad for survivor mains loading into a game only to just ######### die. I feel bad for everyone who plays this game in fact at this point. It's becoming a big fat joke.

no, not all the killers are bugged. Stop with the hyperbole

OK at least half the killers are bugged. Is that better?
28 -
erm…. twins, oni, nurse, deathslinger, doctor, singularity, huntress, trickster, legion, blight, nemesis, knight, kaneki, houndmaster are all bugged

It's a sad state of affairs indeed. But not unexpected. There were voices in the past that if BHVR were to ever do an operation health patch, it would probably not last very long as the next regular update would likely break things again in many ways. The foundation upon which it is built is just no longer adequate, it seems.

I have a list of all the Killers I have found that also are glitched to my knowledge, alongside other general glitches:
Ghostface: Glitched (Minor)- Reveal latency off, causing long "THX" style Reveal noise.
- Reveal mechanic seems bugged in that he's not being revealed when he really should be (not sensitive enough).
- Ghostface is sometimes at distance able to stalk through solid objects.
Dredge: Glitched (Game-Breaking)- Occasionally cannot see locked lockers while teleporting especially during Nightfall.
- Nightfall causing SERIOUS Survivor-sided frame drops and lag.
- Teleporting to a locker or doing anything with a locker may crash the game.
Dracula: Glitched (Major)
- Transforming to another form is extremely laggy.
- Teleporting to vaults as Bat can sometimes crash the game.
- Drac may freeze while transforming.
- Scratchmarks occasionally do not show up for Bat.
- Hellfire is seriously delayed and Hellfire collision is incorrect on short walls.
Pig: Glitched (Major)
- There appears to be a slight delay with setting Reverse Bear Traps and performing Ambushes.
- Pig can occasionally get stuck on objects if she hits them when she finishes her Ambush.
Oni: Glitched (Game-Breaking)
- Demon Dash is still having issues with flicking, this is an old glitch that wasn't fixed.
- M2 attacks may improperly be gaining the effects of certain perks.
- Demon Strike is STILL causing Oni to freeze and may crash the game if performed against collision objects.
Myers: Glitched (Minor)
- Myers can, like Ghostface, occasionally stalk through solid walls at distance.
- Tombstone Piece and Tombstone appear to rarely crash the game during Mori.
Nemesis: Glitched (Game-Breaking)
- Multiple cosmetic and in-game tentacle difficulties.
- NO attacks are acting as anything other than basic damage.
- Worse than usual zombie spawn logic.
- Chests appear to be bugged in that sometimes the Killer Instinct of vaccine use does not properly proc.
- Nemesis can long-press M1 attack, that is, lunge, while carrying a Survivor.
Xenomorph: Glitched (Major)
- M2 Tail attacks seem to "stop short" and glance off Survivors and objects incorrectly (Noticed by MrHeadache).
- Xenomorph tunnel spawn is a little wonky.
- Some tunnels can spawn in such a way as to freeze Xeno when they crawl out of them because the exit is blocked due to collision, a known ongoing glitch.
Sadako: Glitched (Major)
- Like with Xeno tunnels, Sadako TVs can spawn in a way that using them freezes the player.
Wraith: Glitched (Game-Breaking)
- Uncloaking can occasionally cause the game to crash.
Houndmaster: Glitched (Minor)
- Snug can occasionally get stuck on collision again, and may have bad pathing logic. It's possible Knight may have this issue too but I haven't checked, this is just what a Houndmaster Main friend of mine said they saw.
Huntress: Glitched (Major)
- Hatchets are occasionally hitting Survivors and giving the blood splash effect on screen without damaging them, as reported by others on these forums, regardless of range thrown.
Pinhead: Glitched (Major)
- It appears sometimes that the combo Iridescent Lament Configuration + Chatterer's Tooth is not highlighting/hiding the box like it should.
- Problematic Box Spawn logic.
It's very unlikely that these will be fixed soon because Pinhead is no longer in the game, technically. :(
All Killers:
- Hit detection is wonky on all attacks.
- Hooks sometimes spawn in ways that make them unusable.
- Killers with spawned objects have bad spawn logic.
- Some perks improperly activate on M2 attacks.
- Sometimes, M1 and M2 attacks are hitting but not causing any sort of damage to the Survivor, without the Survivor having an Endurance perk.
- Latency issues making "spinning" the Killer harder to avoid regardless of FOV setting.
All Survivors:
- Some Killer effects cause serious latency and framerate issues.
- Pallet stuns appear to be bugged in that they are refusing to work, or work and then cause the player to vault by mistake, often into the Killer.
- Vault logic feels badly off.
- Using lockers may crash the game.
- Orela's footsteps and breathing are too soft.
All players:- Problemetic cosmetic glitches with several characters, Yun-Jin, Yui, Orela, and Wraith all seem to have problems right now.
- Graphical errors from new shaders.
- Ping issues and server latency issues.
- Issues with spawn logic.
- Some maps are spawning broken tiles or extremely strong tiles meant for 2v8.
- Certain icons are badly glitched and show a broken texture image.
And this is just what I have noticed over the past day or two I have been able to play. It's really, really bad right now…

I'm impressed how you found all of these in a short time period

Crap...I'm actually playing chatter tooth and box....rip.
Care to elaborate on problematic box logic? Is the box spawning near pinhead?

A patch being called Steady Pulse that added a new healthcare themed survivor that ended up breaking the game harder then any patch in recent memory is funny, in a ironic sort of way

After the operation health update, no less

Its not my job.

They've just released a health update. Their team should make sure their game is in a playable state instead serving ######### on a platter. It's not up to the people playing the game to have to report all of their bugs. People pay for this game to be able to play it, not to do someone else's job for them with bug reports…and if I were to name every bug in dbd that NEEDS immediate attention, I would be here all day. And I don't get paid for it, so I'd rather not.

That's all it takes to down a survivor after vautling a pallet with Kaneki even if they are way too far away? They have to be not in deep wound? That is absolutely ridiculous.
I am quite happy with how much more balanced Kaneki is now with his intended kit, but that bug needs to disappear as quick as possible.

Any chance for an elaboration on "problematic box spawn logic" for Pinhead?
I've played a few rounds as him lately and in one of my games I felt like the box spawning was really off but I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to.

Yeah, as long as he grab-vaults over a pallet or window, and you don't have to mend, you go down once he's finished his vault animation, it's broken as hell! i do think he has potential to be super fun, i love a good sweaty match as much as the next guy— except not so much when the odds are stacked so much against me that the only resources I have are made redundant.. it is not it at all.

Yeah that bug of course is beyond busted no doubt. There is nothing a survivor can do against that. I've been playing Kaneki a lot these last days and only had that bug happen one single time luckily, now I know why. His basekit feels much fairer to me now, since survivors have more counterplay, but that counterplay is completely thrown out of the window with that bug.
At least now I know how to prevent the bug from happening.

DBD will always remain a buggy mess. It's time to accept this fact.

That's exactly what I mean, the spawns seem more random than normal. Harder to triangulate the box.
1 -
Man and I thought I was just bad.
I played a match on cowshed and even with a good idea where everyone was, I could not find the box to save my life.
1 -
What can I say? I'm observant and I was playing all day on my day off.
See my response to BrokenBones above. Box is spawning in ways that make it harder to find than normal.

How many of these are new?

You're right. Just half the roster. Onyro has 2 bugs that have gone on for over a year now that affect her negatively. 2 are an addon and one is her actual power. Love it.
2 -
Yeah, you would think main part of health patch would be bug fixes, not creating more of them…
2 -
A fair amount of them are new or exacerbated from older glitches.

DBD is the only game where people will act as if it's up to the player base to keep this game afloat. Suppose the developers want their game to die due to it being a buggy mess and that's on them and only them. I pay to play and that's it. I want them to know they're 1 more major ######### up away from me never touching this game again. I don't want to have to play through every killer and report their bugs for FREE. If they want me to report every single bug in this game, they can pay me.
1 or 2 bugs I would be fine reporting but when its the entire game, it becomes less of a player base bug report issue and a core issue with their development team. They need a massive wake up call.
