Want to discourage Slugging?
If a survivor isn't picked up and hooked within 20 seconds, they should get an automatic buff "Fighting for your Life" that lets you automatically heal from the dying state and get a buff of Borrowed time but with exhausted status.
I'm sick of the slugging.

or bring unbreakable with boon exponential. stop begging bhvr because your too lazy to switch perk loadouts

No, that would punish killers who can down more than one survivor. For example, if you have a bunch of survivors crowding the hook to rescue someone, and you manage to take down two or three of them, it happens. With your suggestion, I would likely lose out on one or two hooks, as those players could pick themselves up off the ground.
