Hook spawn issue

as seen in the photo above i was playing Oni today and got this hook spawn on the right side of the RPD map, but the problem is the literal hook is only decorative, i couldn't hook anyone on it because of it's placement, which i am guessing might be because it spawned too close to the wall and hence the survivor hitbox would collide with the wall, not a big bug but still something i thought we should let BHVR know about :)

    There is also a spot on gideon meat plant on bottom floor if you run to it as survivor there is no hook there so you can just wiggle off before the killer can get to a hook.

    Yeah just noticed like 1-2 monts ago hooks are angled for some reason and this one specifically cant be used some times, there are still some dead zones in maps like rpd or gideon, but some outdoor maps have like hook right above basement and others huge gap around basement idk why.

    I have noticed a lot of hook on certain maps are placed next to a wall in the same exact direction.
