Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

The Ghoul maybe be getting Discontinued (He's not really BTW)

I have a deep feeling that He might get removed from DBD because not because of his nerfs but how the community is around him.

He might have the highest DC rate sense The Skull Marchant. I honestly stopped playing Ghoul because I get 4 man DCs every match which doesn't make him fun to play as either.

Once one bug is fixed a new one Appears and he was nerfed about 4 to 5 times now. If I would say if a Killer needs a Rework or to be put back on the drawing board it's The Ghoul

The final reason I think he might is not the players who try and can't go against him But the survivors who cry about every killer who has and ability that ruins there strategies

There is just that Feeling that He might be getting Discontinued entirely before even a year of him being released

Very unlikely, not a single killer I know was ever given up no matter how over- or underpowered he was. Assuming bhvr continues this they'd simply nerf him to the point of uselessness and rework him entirely, but they probably try to fix him first for a while.

I wouldn't worry about it personally.

The worst case scenario was them knee-jerk reaction gutting him within a few weeks of release and that hasn't happened. I'm willing to bet he will see some changes in the near future but I don't see them fully reworking him personally.

Skull Merchant is an extremely rare edge case where, not only was the main power design fundementally flawed, problematic for several reasons and on top of that a lot of the people who decided to main her tended to gravitate towards, let's say 'those' playstyles.

People will continue to complain about Ghoul for a while, but it dies down with time. Be it because people get better at dealing with him or because he gets changes to make him a bit less oppressive.

They probably can't remove him due to contracts with the owner of the character. Removing him specifically could have very dire legal consequences, the main one being players have paid for it and he is simply removed for no other reason than rage

I could honestly be wrong. Because it's only a feeling I been having with this killer is a little different than any other killer I seen that came into DBD.

Again I can be completely wrong

pinhead was never removed for the sights he had to show, so don't count on it.

tokyo ghoul owners seemed pretty enthusiastic with Kanekis introduction to debut enough to create an alternate universe Kaneki and "ruin" his character to make him a killer.

    I don't think they'd do a 180 like that

You do know that this is how some of the community reacts to killers right? I guarantee this will be the same for springtrap, the Killer after, and the one after THAT one
