Subtle cheating?
I was playing a game on DBD where I couldn’t catch this one survivor with bloodlust twice. I was chasing around a pile of snow near a gen. No matter what, I couldn’t catch him. He did not have sprint burst or lithe as he didn’t vault anything even at the end of the game as I checked perks. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this before? I managed to get him down by my hatchet. I can’t think of any other perks that would do this? Allow a survivor to keep going even if the killer has bloodlust. (I do have a video, sadly it won’t let me upload it. So I’ve uploaded some gifs this was a few minutes looping around this gen..to see if he was cheating. I found it a little sus)

There's a million and one perks that give survivors haste which can all stack. What perks did he have?

Hard to tell with this chunk of the screen. Did he have haste perks? It looks like you aren’t hugging the object tightly but even then you should be able to catch up with bloodlust unless he has some wacky build like dark theory + teamwork: power of two

Okay yeah I can see it on the full video, I suspect he is cheating. Unless he has multiple haste perks he seems way too fast

It's hard to tell. I've found that hugging tiles like that is surprisingly effective in chase, even without any kind of haste. It's served me better than trying to vault pallets or windows where I'd always get hit, that's for sure.

at 0:46-0:47 he seems to speed up a little

It looks like a speed hack, but its tough to say for certain. A survivor jumping ahead can be caused by lag and running around an object can seem strange because of the hit boxes.

Yeah he's cheating. He speeds up slightly at various points, even just as you down him which leaves a longer than normal gap between blood pools.
