Why does BHVR intentionally hide details when reporting stats when it comes to killer?
This is the equivalent of saying crime is down when telling the public but at the same time not releasing the data showing lack of prosecuting and conviction rates. The devils in the details.

What details do you think the Devs are hiding?

Nurse needs buffs right?

You did not answer my question. If you dont provide any information, it would have been better if you would have just not written anything. There is no possibility to have any discussion if you write basically nothing except for cryptic nonsense.

The Devs need to be specific about everything ever, but forum posters can be incredibly vague about anything to want to imply the Devs are nefarious.
Probably because the numbers don't get much engagement outside of a small section of the community, releasing broader numbers would likely cause more confusion, and they're happy with the current amount of engagement the occasional stats posts get.

Probably to reduce toxicity in the form of buff/nerf screaming while pointing to data

TBF the Devs often say these stats like kill rates don't paint the full picture. We know that ourselves because of all the variables that contribute to them like perks, maps, rng of loops and gens, skill levels of the players etc.

Was just about to say this. Every time they give us stats they repeatedly emphasise that the numbers don't give the full picture and to not make too big a conclusion from it. They're simply giving us some numbers because we ask for them.

They shouldn't provide any. Not once have I seen them release stats and the community not riot.
